Sixteen teacher leaders interested in implementing Pathway2Careers lessons were selected from across the state to serve as facilitators for P2C professional learning. These teacher leaders meet bi-weekly with project staff and mathematicians to study the P2C curriculum, plan implementation of lessons, and reflect on instructional practice and teacher learning once lessons are implemented.

The purpose of the TLC is to establish a team of teachers, mathematicians, and MC² staff who are:

• experienced in implementation of P2C resources in New Mexico classrooms,  
• skilled in facilitating professional learning, and
• prepared to support teachers who are new to lesson implementation of P2C.
