Archived Digital Divide Resources

We use the term digital divide to refer to the gap between those who can effectively use new information and communication tools, such as the Internet, and those who cannot. A narrow definition of the digital divide focuses on access to computers and the Internet. But access alone does not bridge the technology gap. The following websites address some of the issues.
